Number of Guests per Property
Each property can accommodate 4 people with the addition of infants less than two years.
Cots and children’s equipment can be hired on request.
Minimum Night Bookings
A minimum of two nights is needed for any booking.
Check In and Check Out Times
Check in Time is from 2:00pm (1400 Hours)
Check out Time is 10:00am (1000 Hours)
Deposits & Full Payments
A deposit of 50% of total booking is to be paid to secure a booking.
Payment by direct deposit, cash or money order is preferred please feel free to call +61 437 094 080 to make the booking.
Cancellation & Refunds
The deposit of 50% of total booking less $50.00 administration levy if cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to arrival date.
If less than 14 days to arrival date the Deposit and Full Payment is refunded less cancellation fee ($50.00) only if another guest rebooks the dates of your booking.
If the dates of the booking are not rebooked then the deposit is retained by Stay Innercity, however the remaining 50% of the full payment will be refunded.
Stay Innercity properties are smoke free venues.
Stay Innercity can accommodate pets.
Respect for Neighbours
All properties are located in quiet residential areas. Guests must respect the rights of those living in the area by keeping noise levels to an acceptable level particularly at night. Management reserves the right of eviction for disturbing noise levels or annoying behaviour.
